Here’s what to expect:

Emotional Adjustment
Some clients notice what we call an “emotional adjustment period” in the days following their MAP session. During this time, emotions or memories that were previously under the surface may come forward to be acknowledged and released. This is a normal part of personal growth and self-awareness.
Rebalancing
This phase often feels like a natural emotional reset: a period where the mind and body integrate new levels of calm and clarity. Our After-MAP Care Team is here to provide continued support as you move through this transition with compassion and understanding.
Support Sessions are available from the After-MAP Care Team to support you completely through one-on-one sessions as you move through the transition process.

2. MAP Support Session
The MAP Support Session is a 60-minute experience designed to help you integrate what surfaced in your first session. As your awareness expands, old emotions or thoughts may come forward to be acknowledged and understood. Your practitioner will guide you through this process with care, helping you reconnect with balance and self-trust.
3. After-MAP Care
Our After-MAP Care Program provides ongoing support through weekly online check-ins, a private 1-on-1 session, and 12 group meetings. This community space helps you stay grounded, apply insights to daily life, and nurture healthy new habits as you continue your journey of emotional growth.
